I recently decided to go back through and update our checklists, proceedures and office manual. I am typically good at delegating, but my office manager has been off a lot. So, for some reason, I decided to do this myself. (Terrible idea.) After several weeks of making minor progress, I couldn't believe the disaster I had created LOL!!! To one of my newer CA’s. I introduced myself and said I saw your review and first want to apologize...

The longer I am in practice, the more I see rest and time off are crucial for success.

One of the critical issues I work on with my coaching clients is taking time off.

Holidays and vacations are, of course, essential, but that isn't the time off I'm discussing here.

You need to prioritize and schedule rest and time off every week.
